Today's Inside Higher Education contains two news items on higher education accreditation. The first is an article by Andrew Kreighbaum about the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking released yesterday that would change accreditation regulations. The other is a piece by Rick Seltzer about the American Bar Association's decision to remove the accreditation of Thomas Jefferson School of Law (in this case, the law school is appealing the decision and will remain accredited during the appeal process).
