President Joe Biden released his infrastructure policy proposal yesterday. The plan contains billions of dollars in funding for higher education, including funding for community colleges and Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) and billions more for research and development. The proposal also provides $50 million for the National Science Foundation.
