The president of the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), Justin Draeger, has posted an op/ed about how to communicate with students about financial aid. The op/ed is based on findings from a consumer study commissioned by NASFAA and includes such advice as "Keep Aid Offers Focused on Costs and Financial Aid" and "Students and Parents Want a Bill, Which Cannot Be Provided."
